- We do our best to ship all the orders the same business day if the order is placed before 5PM (Eastern Time) or 2PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after 5PM EST will ship the next business day. Most items, Over $30, get FREE Shipping through USPS First-Class Mail® Parcels shipping in the USA. (Refer Table below, up to 3-7 business days.)
Shipping to AK and HI can take from 3 to 10 days
Expedite shipping is available at an extra charge.
Shipments can be delayed by bad weather, strikes, holidays, etc.
If you find that your package is not delivered on-time please contact us immediately.
We will track your shipment and contact the carrier
In the event of inclement weather (Acts of Nature), Shipping Carriers does not refund shipping charges,
therefore we're not able to provide a refund.
In the event the carrier experiences a mechanical failure,
we will do our best to work with them to expedite a replacement.
Shipping time does not include the day you place your order.
If you order a customized product, the shipping time starts once the product has been manufactured.
Quoted shipping times are based on "business days," and do not include weekends and many holidays.
For example, if you place an order on Friday for "3-Day" shipping, and the following Monday is a national holiday, the first transit day is Tuesday,

We always make every effort to deliver to you the exact item that you purchased. However, at times items are lost or stolen, damaged or recalled by a manufacturer. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to you the item(s) you have purchased, while we may assist you in trying to find another comparable item, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy, and our sole obligation, is to provide you with a refund of the money paid for such item.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. When will my credit card be charged?
